Redemption Church is a healthy, growing church, and as we expand, we are looking for people to become a part of our team and help us serve the Lord together. We are currently accepting applications for employment in the following areas:

Custodial

Redemption Church is seeking a self-motivated and dependable Custodial Worker to ensure the cleanliness, functionality, and upkeep of our facilities. This role involves cleaning, general repairs, and supporting events by setting up and tearing down as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of church facilities.

  • Set up and tear down for events, ensuring spaces are ready for use.

  • Lead and coordinate a team of volunteers for special projects and events.

  • Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds as needed.

  • Ensure all supplies are stocked and ordered.

Qualifications:

  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.

  • Experience in cleaning/maintenance is a plus.

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills to lead a volunteer team.

  • Commitment to supporting the mission and values of the church.

Compensation:

  • This position is part-time up to 20 hrs/wk

  • $15/HR

  • Flexible Schedule
