LEAD PASTOR

Fred has been in pastoral ministry since 2003. He was drawn to Lower Burrell in 2019 by a heart for the community. He is passionate about preaching and teaching the Bible, and in doing so helping others to know God. He and his wife Kim live in Lower Burrell, and they have 3 kids: Chase, Reese, and Reagan.

EXECUTIVE PASTOR

Greg has been faithfully serving Redemption Church since its conception in 2019. He is passionate about worship, as well as optimizing the technological aspects of service. He and his wife Jocelyn live in Lower Burrell with their family of 8 children, who are a blast to be around!

STUDENT MINISTRY PASTOR

Marty is known for having a true heart for the youth in the Lower Burrell community. He loves leading Redemption’s student ministry, as well as any opportunity to preach God’s Word. He also plays bass on the worship team and is an avid soccer fan. He and his wife Allie live in Natrona Heights with their 2 boys, Owen and Andrew.

WORSHIP LEADER

India has served in worship ministry for several years both in Pennsylvania and California. She has a passion for seeing the Church uplifted in scripturally sound worship and leading the body of Christ in congregational worship. India resides with her husband, Michael, in New Kensington.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Rachel joined the team in July 2024 in the newly added role of administrative assistant. She is passionate about helping others (yes, even printing something!) with the ultimate goal of them getting to know Christ. This passion extends beyond her role here at Redemption, flowing into her work at Sonward Youth Programs in New Kensington. Rachel and her husband, Noah, live in Vandergrift.

KIDS’ MINISTRY COORDINATORS

Matt and Erica have been leading the Kids’ Ministry since October 2020. They are passionate about creating and fostering a fun, safe environment where children can learn about Jesus on their level. They are honored to work with a team of dedicated volunteers that come prepared and ready to serve the children at Redemption each week. They live in Sarver with their 2 children.

YOUNG ADULTS MINISTRY COORDINATOR

Mel started Redemption’s young adult ministry in 2021 and has been leading ever since. She is passionate about creating a space where young adults can be discipled, build authentic Christian relationships, and grow in their faith. She serves on the worship team and is currently in her 4th year of medical school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.

SENIOR MINISTRY COORDINATORS

Ray and Stephanie have been serving Redemption Church since its conception in 2019. Ray had a desire to start a senior ministry to grow together as a family, build community, and participate together in outreach and in prayer so as to serve in God's work at Redemption. They are also teachers with the kids’ ministry. They live in Arnold and have three children and three grandchildren.
