Impact is Redemption Church's student ministry (Grades 7th - 12th), led by Pastor Marty Mandak. It is our prayer that God would impact these kids’ lives & that they, in turn, would desire t to make an impact for His kingdom!
We meet at the church every Monday from 6:30pm - 8:30pm during the school year.

Our Mission and Values
We desire to be a people who know God's Word, grow in God's will, so that we might impact the world with His gospel.
Community: We desire every person who connects with Impact Student Ministry to believe in Jesus, feel like family, become a disciple, and be active in building His kingdom.
Bible-based: We aim to make God’s Word central to everything we do – and understand that teaching, as well as studying individually, God’s Word is how He grows His people.
Sanctification: With God’s guidance, we continually strive to mature in our walk with Christ – awaiting the fullness of our salvation as promised by God when we enter eternity.
Outreach: Whether we go out or welcome in, it is our goal to ensure a welcoming environment to all who attend Impact Student Ministry with the love of Christ.
